Picked Hong Kong because it is 3+ hours from Singapore, has a distinct character and packs a ton of accessible hikes.

Hiked up Lantau Peak as a prelude to Tiger Leaping Gorge in Lijiang, China.

Visited Lijiang, China with my hiking kaki and hiked through Tiger Leaping Gorge, encountering exposed sections and a brief rockfall.

Slept in the straw in Appenzell, Switzerland. It’s a wonderful experience that I would repeat in the future.

The golden hue of the Matterhorn was beautiful.

Spent the last days of 2025 wandering in Tokyo.
